Vigil Contracting, Inc. was formed in 1999 and is a fully qualified section 8(a), and Woman Owned Business Enterprise and further a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor.

Our capabilities include all aspects of General Contract and Construction management and execution. In the performance of contracts, Vigil Contracting, Inc. provides engineers, licensed general contractors, electricians, construction managers, business professionals, and skilled tradesmen, experienced in each area of construction and design that will be required for success within the scope of work typically presented by the contracts we are awarded.

Shannan Vigil is the founder of Vigil Contracting, Inc. She is an entrepreneur who has owned two different successful businesses. Shannan grew up in the business as her family has operated a successful construction company for the past 30 years. During this time, she was involved in all aspects of the family construction business. She has performed at every level, from working in the field, to managing all of the business' contracts and functions.

Since Shannan organized Vigil Contracting in 1999, the company has renovated and/or constructed numerous projects, both Federal and private. The company receives exemplary reviews where performance, cost controls, quality workmanship and timeliness are concerned.
